I talk to a lot of homebuilders around the country and a lot of them mention that their model home is a great source of traffic for them. People are driving around, they see signs and then stop by a model. It makes sense! But do you know what the problem is with your model home? It has set operating hours. It sure would be great to be able to let that young couple into your model at 11pm at night when they were thinking about it. It would be great to let that family walk through and look at your play room at at 7am in the morning before mom and dad drop off the kids for swimming and go to work. But you can't. It's just not feasible to pay someone to sit in your model home 24/7/365.
